Just got back from the recylcing depot. The porch is now clearer. The shed has a more organised feel to it. The garge, that’s still full; full of car boot prepared boxes though. Once we’ve done the car boot sale and then donated what is left the, garage can be cleaned up.
A bag of clothes and off cuts donated. Two bags of shoes that just don’t get used. As ‘the minimalists’ would say, its just stuff. Those shoes should now go on to be worth while somewhere else. 7 pairs in total and we still have lots to pick from. Paint pots. Who keeps paint, us apparently even those from the previous home owners. Not anymore, they are gone too. Old chairs, mattress, oil filled radiator, kids bouncer. All gone.
There is no better feeling that driving away from the recycling depot with an empty car. And knowing there is more space at home.
